Important information from Hotel Sonnhof Hochkönig

Arrival and departure:

Arrival and occupancy of the room possible from 2 p.m. (earlier by arrangement) with a late departure € 25.00 per person will be charged. Departure and vacating the room by 10 a.m. at the latest. Please contact us on 06467/7266 if you arrive after 7 p.m.

In case of delayed arrival or premature departure, we calculate 90 % cancellation fee for the not consumed vacation days

Payment:

You can settle your bill as follows.

With a pre-payment bank transfer, per banking card or directly on-site with cash.

Cancellation conditions:

With your telephone or written reservation you submit a binding contract to us. The contract becomes binding with our reservation confirmation.

And what if something intervenes?

A free cancellation is possible up until 3 months before the start of the holiday. Within the 3 months the general terms and conditions of the hotel business (AGBH) are valid. You can open it here:

In order to save costs, we recommend a travel cancellation insurance.

Special cancellation conditions summer 2021 and winter 2022

Your booking will be cancelled free of charge in summer 2023 and winter 2022/23 if any of the following reasons apply:

* Travel warning for our area (Pongau) or all of Austria

* Border closure

* If you have to be in quarantine (a notification must be available)

* If you or a fellow traveler falls ill with Covid 19 (a notification must be available)

in the case of quarantine or illness, the cancellation is free of charge

on the sick person as well as the fellow travelers (partner) or the family

When booking several rooms, the free cancellation does not apply to all booked rooms

Animals : Pets are not allowed.
